 How to make Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani

1.First, clean the chicken and rice thoroughly with water. Chop the onion and fry it. Now add garlic and ginger paste to it.
2.Now add salt, chilli, garam masala, curd, ginger garlic and onion paste to the washed chicken. Mix everything well with the chicken.
3.Add lemon juice, green chillies, ghee, coriander, mint, oil to it and mix well and keep it for 15-20 minutes.

4.Put the cleaned rice in 3/4 cup of water and keep it on gas. Add cloves, cardamom, coriander, mint leaves and lemon juice to this rice and cook on low flame. When the rice is cooked well, drain the water.
5.Take a pot and add the soaked chicken in it and keep it on the flame to cook for some time.
6.After the chicken is cooked, add the rice. Add fried onion, coriander and mint leaves on top of it. After mixing all the ingredients well, add milk and food color to it.
7.Mix all the ingredients well. Now cover the pot with a lid and cover it with a clean cloth so that no steam comes out.
